What to watch for: Slow moving storms will move slow in an area, strong thunderstorms may produce 1-2 inches of rain. Watch for rivers, streams, and creeks or were water runs off into.
Actions: be properad for rain in your area, find another rout if water has completely taken over a road way. Have a plan ready for flood waters.

In Texas, Andrews, Borden, Crane, Davis Mountains, Davis Mountains Foothills, Dawson, Eastern Culberson County, Ector, Gaines, Glasscock, Guadalupe Mountains Above 7000 Feet, Guadalupe and Delaware Mountains, Howard, Loving, Martin, Midland, Mitchell, Pecos, Reagan, Reeves County Plains, Scurry, Terrell, Upton, Van Horn and Highway 54 Corridor, Ward and Winkler.
Timing: From Sunday morning through late Sunday night.
Additional Details: Approaching upper level low in combination with ample moisture may lead to widespread rainfall with potential amounts between 1-2 inches.
