Lea County Sheriff’s Office in need of public’s help, in locating a wanted sex offender.

Lovington, New Mexico (WIHINM)- According to a post on Facebook, by the Lea County Sheriff's Office. Law enforcement officers are looking for Jesse Dean Otto of Hobbs, New Mexico. Otto is wanted for not resgresting as a sex offender, and not complaining with New Mexico State Sex Offender Laws. Otto is 54 years old, 5'9, 170 lbs, and has Brown eyes. If you have any information on Jesse Dean Otto's whereabouts you are asked to call the Lea County Sheriff's Office at (575)-396-3611.

Jesse Dean Otto of Hobbs, New Mexico, is wanted by The Lea County Sheriff’s Office for failing to register as a Sex Offender. Otto was convicted of Criminal Sexual Penetration, and is not complying with the New Mexico’s sex offender registration laws.
